We purchased five ipads, three worked two didn’t. The two ipads that didn’t work are still associated with the previous owner who has security configurations attached.
Both ipads belonged to a school district that are claiming that the ipads were reported stolen. I can understand the cycle especially if the student, sold the ipad to a pawn shop or something of that variety. I reached out for a RMA kit and was denied because I was outside the fourteen day exchange window. I also reached out to Jamie and Stephanie and neither have responded.
Others had warned me about duckfish and up to this experience hadn't had any issues. I won't do business again....Lesson learned.
